A board of academic advisory is formed from scholars with proven academic expertise and administrative competence in universities and university institutes. The Council serves an advisory role in the following areas:

• Quality assurance in education and evaluation of accredited and proposed academic programs.
• Advancement of scientific research and oversight of master's and doctoral thesis topics.
• Development of academic partnerships with relevant scientific institutions.
